Samsung's New Solar Mobile

Samsung is now going eco-friendly with its new solar-powered GSM mobile. It is known by the catchy moniker “Crest Solar”, the ‘E1107′ has a large solar cell on the back of the handset, which can providea maximum of 10 minutes of talk time for every hour it is placed under the sun charging up on an usual sunny day.
Features:
The camera has dual band 900 Mhz as well as 1800 Mhz range. This has a fake call feature which helps us in disengaging from problematic situations with a timed phone call. Other features include all the usual refinements including an FM radio and MP3 ringtones and games. It can also work as a flashlight but it is a battery killer which will force you to wait until sunrise to recharge without the AC adapter. Security features include Samsung’s proprietary Mobile Tracker – which will alert the respective authorities in case of an emergency with signal like the SOS signal.
There are specialized features like specialized markets and even religious preferences.
Cost is currently $59 US in the Asian market with no information on when it’ll be available in the Western part of the world.
